Purchased to use in adding a warp thread when needed, this gives correct tension when adding.

I have iron bars suspended overcthe center island. They came with 3 inch hooks, but these 6 inch work so much better. And they are solid, great support for heavy enameled cast iron.

These hooks are perfect. I am using them for my garage and will likely get more. I dont have anything too heavy on them so I cannot attest to how much weight they hold.

Buyer beware! These hooks DO NOT have a 70lb weight limit as advertised. Thankfully I did not take this at face value… When these hooks arrived, I didn’t think there was any way a hook could hold 70lbs as advertised. Thankfully, I decided to test the hooks incrementally before actually hanging something heavy from them. 10lbs: no problem 25lbs: still seemed to hold well 35lbs: things started to get questionable 50lbs: hook immediately started to lose shape and bend downward If I’d actually put 70lbs on this thing, only bad things would have followed. I need hooks with a 45lb weight capacity, so I figured the 70lbs advertised would be perfect. So glad I tested these first. Very disappointed!

These are sturdy. The coating seems like will stay on. Rubber tip. This is quality made. I’m very impressed. Will hold my large, 18” outdoor hanging baskets after being watered. This is something we all need to consider when ordering hooks. I use these in the greenhouse, on trees, as well as indoors. I must say i love the color of the hooks, too -thats a plus
