Greater than one weekI was using a dept issued bag with any compartments and it was a daily struggle to keep it organized. Now having little pockets here and there and the center divider, my life at work is so much more organized. I actually carry more stuff with me now because I have a spot to put much more items and It fits perfectly across the front seat of a Crown Victoria. My only gripe is the center divider seems to bend towards the back of the bag because I guess I have too many items stuffed into the front side of the divider. It makes it hard to put stuff on the backside of the divider. Other than that its a great bag and would buy another without a second thought.

> 3 dayUse it on a daily for police work. Holds all my gear and only Thing it doesn’t have is the strap to tie around the car seat to hold it open on your passenger side seat

Greater than one weekWorks very well for me. I am now to fit all I need in the compartments and pockets. Well made and durable.

> 3 dayI am prepping for Academy and was told we would be getting bags but possibly used. I wanted a bag to serve as my standby in the event of an issue with the issued used one. 5.11 is my preferred brand for many duty tools and they have not let me down. When I did Auxiliary PD I had a similar bag, this one is newer and feels much more durable. I will update my review after using the bag, but for now this bag feels great and has a lot of room for those essential items :-)

> 3 dayThis is the fourth bag I have bought from 5.11. I have their messenger bag, the 3 day backpack, the attache case, and now the patrol bag. While there are probably other tactical bag manufacturers that make as good a bag, but I think no one else builds bags with such high quality for so little cost. The value for the money with every bag Ive bought from 5.11 is simply outstanding. I bought the patrol bag as a weekender bag for travel. Im not sure if its the perfect bag for this purpose (it turned out to be a little larger than I expected), I think it will find a place for some form of travel that I do. What surprised me was the price on this bag. There is far more material in this bag than 5.11s sidekick briefcase, but the patrol bag cost about half the price. Im not sure why but Im definitely not complaining.

> 3 dayI got this for my father for Christmas as he’s a police officer and has to have a first responder/type bag on occasion that’s easy to tote around and he LOVES it. He loves everything 5.11 but this was an awesome gift for a police officer.

> 3 dayBag is exactly as I wanted and cheaper than buying 5/11 from a store. My only complaint is the the strap came broken. I decided to not send it back due to it being too much hassle, but definitely 10/10

> 3 dayLooks like a great bag, but is not what the page suggests and will not suit my needs because of this. Bag is much larger than they specify - 18.5 x 12 x 8 are the inside dimensions of the large pocket and do not account for the external pockets. Actual size is more like 22 x 9 x 12 (they spec L x H x W rather than L x W x H). Also, the third product image shows what looks to be a removable carrier segmented into 3 even sections and a bag. These are nowhere to be found. The internal dividers are velcrod in place and while removable, are not adjustable. There is only velcro installed in specific places and you cannot reconfigure the internal dividers. See photos for layout - is not what you would expect given image 3 above. One more caveat, the id holder window is not prominently displayed on the front as the image suggests but alone by itself on the back of the bag. There are pockets on the inside of the lid that arent shown in the product page (they are a nice touch and look useful, but another deviation from what was described). Outside of not being what they advertised, the bag looks awesome. Well made, strong velcro, pockets in the right places. Actually very annoyed it will not work for my application due to size and internal configuration.

> 3 dayBeen needing a patrol bag for on duty but the small ones were too small for all my stuff. This will hold all of my gear/paperwork and still has room for my computer and other items. I love all the different pouches and the option of the dividers in the bag itself! Now my partner wants one for himself! Highly recommend!

> 3 dayThis bag has been around for some time. Its a decent-sized bag that will serve most people well. It has a plastic-like divider inside that makes three makeshift areas. There are also a few pockets on the inside of the cover where you can put your wallet, extra handcuffs, mags, or whatever. The five exterior pockets are also nice. Its a well-made bag, too! My only gripe is that it isnt large enough to through my batman belt in - it needs to be just a few inches large (in length and depth) for that to work. But that wasnt a deal breaker with me.
