This thing is awesome! First used it to scuff my truck bed before spraying in a liner. Since then I have used it for a lot of projects from cleaning aluminum to removing adhesive from a deck hatch. Tough enough to clean what you need but soft enough to not destroy what your working on. Very durable also.

Good for sanding the back of pick ups for bedliner prep. The reason for four stars is the cups is s little hard to navigate opposed to the smaller 4 inch heads but the six inch head does cut faster.

Used to clean a heavily trafficked, light colored, small stone shower floor. Built up staining that normal products like soft scrub or bartenders cleaner wouldn’t touch. Installed on my 5” grinder and set to lowest speed. Medium light back and forth passes. Cleaned immediately! No wear or damage to cup brush! Dave’s hours of scrubbing labor that may not have succeeded anyway! Caution, use slowest speed available and allow grinder some rest so as not to overheat motor! Great product!

Bought two, both were closer to 4 1/2. Returned. Manufacturer confirmed that 6 wheel is approximately 4 1/2. Surprised they dont call it a 10 wheel instead, as long as they are just making it up.

This is a good product for scuffing up or sanding. you have to spin it at its recommended speed or slower or it melts away quickly and will transfer the plastic to the surface. its a very aggressive and hard to control sanding action, any highspots were stripped off quickly. it has a lot of torque as it flattens out to 8 inches when you spin it. You dont want it to be flat. The slower it turns the better it sands. The brush fits into the corners and curves well and you bear down on a little to fit into dents. Use safety gear / a good dust mask and sand outside - it makes dust. Used yard blower to remove most of dust. I used a Harbor Freight $20 angle grinder which is not the correct tool and toggled the power switch to spin slowly. This put stress on HF angle grinder and and it was OOC after doing the bed scuff and 6 dents that needed to be done . I accomplished stuffing the pickup bed truck in about 1 hr. Using the wrong power tool to run it It was well worth it. Still have 3/4 of brush left. I was prepping bed for DIY $100 herculiner coating; due to unseasonable exceptionally freezing cold weather= I could not keep my garage at a stable temperature. Bed was sprayed with base Line-X. My friend is happy because were doing his truck with free DIY coating and hell supply refreshing drinks.

Didn’t even finish my entire pickup bed. It worked well until it started falling apart.

I used this for prepping my truck bed for a spray in liner. It doesnt take a whole lot of hand sanding to realize this things value - put it on a slow speed polisher and have at it. I got a 2 cup wheel to get in the tight areas that this larger one wouldnt go. Seemed to hold up very well too, I imagine i could do another 4 or 5 beds with this same cup, although I would rather take a beating as to do that (anyone that says this is easy is full of something) but sooo much less effort than hand sanding.

We pulled up old carpet from a terrazzo floor and after using Beano to remove the mastic we used this brush to help brush up the remnants of mastic. Did the job without damaging the terrazzo flooring.
