Side mouse button doesnt work

The keyboard and mousepad are pretty great but, the mouse has a horrible sensor. Unless I did something wrong, Im not too sure.

I ordered the brown switch and it sounds super quiet and keys and mouse is super accurate. Mouse is similar to glorious o mouse. Its super light which is good for fps. I use it for Fortnite and it works great for flick shots and building fast.
