keyboard works great but the spacebar sounds broken

My son love it.

It was for my daughters Christmas present and she loved the color. She uses it more then her actual gaming controller so overall was a good purchase

It’s good but I think it would be better if we’re a little bit cheaper or just the keyboard itself

Essential Gaming Upgrade!

We purchased this product for my son. After only 2 months of using the keyboard, problems started happening with keys not responding. Contacted customers service to report problem. After 3 months the main gaming keys would work sometimes and other times not. I contact customer service and no response. I have sent over 10 emails to this companys customer service and still not response. After 8 months of trying to contact these people and no response, I am giving up. Amazon said I need to work with the customer service of this company for warranty replacement. !!! DO NOT BUY FROM LEXONELEC !!! **** !!! DO NOT BUY FROM LEXONELEC !!! THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF AMAZONS WEBSITE!

I bought this for my current setup. Mind you I have not even had a chance to use for gaming. It cant handle the daily use for work and casual use. The mouse is ok and love the RGB lighting. The keyboard on the other hand is difficult. Pros: love the clicky sound. Uses blue switches. Love the RGB lights and the different setting. Cons: I tried with my MAC setup and it would just stop. It would not stop. I tried unplugging and letting it rest but would still have the same issue. I tried with my work set up which uses an HP laptop. Still have the same problem, it will stop responding. Or the keys will stick. It is after the return period or I would send it back. I will be buying something else.

The keyboard is amazing the mouse is cheap would recommend to find something better but overall I enjoy having this keyboard I use it everyday would recommend to others!
