My 3 and a half year old had been pottty trained for over a year....except for #2. Its not that he didnt know how to, he just refused to do it in the toilet, potty or anything other than his diaper. I had tried everything, yes including just not giving him a diaper when he asked for it. He ended up holding it for 4 days....! Anyway, I had also tried potty chairs, not just the toilet adapter, but he wouldnt even sit on them. Most pottys are usually very small, because theyre made for younger children. But this one is big enough for my 3 year old. I put it in in front of the TV and he finally accepted to sit on it. It took some time, but he finally did i! After that, hed asked for this toilet for about a couple of weeks. He even dragged the little toilet himself when he needed to go. After that, he finally started using the real toilet with his adapter. I dont know what is it about this particualr little toilet, maybe the size, or the flushing sound, or the cushy seat; but he inmediately liked it. I also love it, cause you dont have to clean the bowl, since you can just put a bag on it and dispose it. I only had to use it for a couple of weeks, but it was WORTH it!

I love how sturdy this toilet it. My son had the one that looks like a realistic toilet, but it would constantly slide around when he would sit on it. This one stays put! We even took it on a trip to the circus bc we knew he wouldnt want to use a porta potty as he was just starting toilet training. We put a cover on it for the drive home and not a drop came out. (Cirus was at a mall parkinglot, so we couldnt empty it out into woods or anything)

Its a good and cute potty but the back where the roll is came cracked so that part kept falling off. Its really annoying but my daughter uses it.

The holes where the screw go in are located under the seat so anytime your child gets any pee around the seat or the cushion it goes into the holes and pools there creating a pee/rust concoction which is truly disgusting. Unless you want to tip this thing upside down every time it’s used and make sure those holes are completely drained then it will get disgusting daily. Any per that doesn’t go directly down (which is a lot of pee when we are talking about toddlers) will end up in those holes. There is also a small lip around the inside of the base that catches anything that doesn’t go into the bowl. That lip makes it very hard to clean. When I rinse this out and trip it upside down to dry out the screw holes it then catches liquid on that lip when I turn it right side up. Basically it’s hard to clean and keep clean which is not ideal given what it’s used for.

It seems life like however because it is missing the knob in the back, the flush mechanism does not work.

This little potty is adorable not to mention it is a super sturdy product. It is easy to clean bc of the little potty bags that are included, obviously when there is pee involved you need to do some extra cleaning.
