> 3 dayVery quiet and easy to configure. I purchased this for my 12U rack enclosure to provide some cooling, but it isnt enough with just two fans. However, this does not mean I will mark down the product; the product is excellent, but I made the wrong choice. I will probably add an additional pair of fans to increase the airflow.

Greater than one weekThere was a little trouble at first by a little hum in the controller. AC Infinity contacted me immediately about the problem with a bad batch of controllers, sent me a new one ASAP, and it is now very quiet. The only issue I have is that there was no return postage in the box for the bad controller I had to return, so the item actually cost $10.25 more due to the required return postage. I like the fans and controller so well that I havent questioned them about the problem yet. I may order an additional fan, so I might ask for compensation at that time.

Greater than one weekThis product exceeded my expectations. I have my a/v equipment in a closed door game closet and was having heat problems. I had thought of installing a bathroom fan, but quickly found that would not dissipate the heat quick enough. AC Infinity solved this problem. The fan and the thermostat kept things very cool and whisper quiet. The fact you can set this to come on by temp automatically is a feature not seen in other products. Secondly, the customer service is amazing. You can tell this company cares about their product and their customers.
