Really fast

I’m sure this would have been a fine laptop to use, it is not a touch screen, but I just couldn’t get over the awkward keyboard layout. The huge mouse pad landing/wrist resting area, and tiny squished 10-key area made typing difficult so I returned it.

I love the laptop its self, compared from using a chromebook os to an acer aspire 5 is so much better along with the quality of it ♥️

Good battery

I have had this laptop for a year now. It came with W10, but I use Linux with no problems. The laptop is fine except for one major flaw, the power plug keeps breaking. Im on my 3rd power supply in only a year. WHY did they use the thinnest, tiniest plug for this thing. Its 1.8mm, and it breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Cmon Acer, really what were you thinking?

We like the easy to set up, and great for usage of outlook, word, excel to continue work related to dos at home from work and school. Great price and turns on quick, especially when you want to respond to a work or school email fast from a laptop setting.

I purchased this to do a little work from home. Great for those apps and general browsing. Probably not for gamers or video editors but great for what I do
