> 24 hourLove the touch-screen quality. Slower than most other laptops or phone. Uses Chrome OS, my first experience with it, perhaps thats the reason?

> 24 hourI cant understand why people even give this Chromebook such an overblown rating. If its meant for the Internet or getting your work done while online, then it fails miserably. How are you to get your stuff done when you cant even open 5 tabs without it getting super sluggish? If you just want to be online with just one or two tabs open, then, by all means, buy this Chromebook. If you want to get real work done, buy a laptop with higher processing power.

> 24 hourI really liked this computer but for me the screen was just to small so I had to return it.

> 24 hourI ordered this Chromebook to accommodate the virtual world we now must live in. It started up quick, looked nice, and the touchscreen was a nice feature. About three weeks in, it just stopped turning on. I’d get the Chrome logo, and that was it. It has now been returned, I’ll be looking for a computer from a different company.

> 24 hourI did a lot of research as to what to get for my kids to replace their aging and damaged Samsung Tab As. We decided that it was time to go to a Chromebook so that they could get more repetition with a standard keyboard and GoogleOS. They are still able to download all the PlayStore apps that they had on their tablets, but now with better hardware and longer support.

> 24 hourI really like Acer products, and I really like this Chromebook. Its well-constructed, solid, and perfectly-sized. Usage is easy, the unit is quick and responsive. The trackpad and keyboard are tight, responsive and easy to use. Theres a lot to like here.
