> 3 dayI saved up money to purchase this and i wanted to spend a little less so I went with this vendor; big mistake.I was spongebob ready to have a new laptop. I open the box to reveal a gloriously clean, sexy, and amazing computer. All in all the computer didnt turn on at all even after plugging it in. Amazon was great about trying to provide me with options, but wanted me to contact the third party. Nope. I said take back the item, but now I have to wait on UPS to come pick up the defective product so i had to take a day off work. first and last time ordering electronics from amazon.

> 3 dayGreat laptop. Description lead me to believe the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (DisplayPort) was actually a Display port. It is not therefore I am returning.

> 3 dayWould be possible to have so bad luck in life, I have ordered the computer so excited about it and then when it arrives the computer doesnt work, it didnt turn on and charged. The real thing is that Ive never expected that it could happen. Why does the company make sure of the correct functioning of their devices?

> 3 dayReceived a dead laptop (wouldnt turn on even with charger), asked for a replacement and received another dead laptop, opted for the full refund instead a replacement... will not buy an Acer laptop ever again. Had to go down to the local computer store (shout out to MicroCenter) and got one that actually works.

> 3 dayBought this laptop on March 25 and it is now June 3. Started having issues last week. Screen kept turning blue and yes everything is updated. It happened again last night. Now for some strange reason my product doesn’t show that it’s registered but it is and I have insurance. I tried reregistering and nothing happened. I’m not sure if it’s this laptop in general or what but I did see on a forum that someone had the same problem and eventually decided on getting a new laptop.

> 3 dayPurchased the laptop in July and the only issue Ive had is finding out the hard way that this device will only allow for one additional screen but that was a learning experience for me personally. The only complaint Id have so far is the materials of the laptop are really bad for showing finger prints but otherwise have been very happy with it.

> 3 daySo far this laptop seems decent. Manage you’re expectations. You can’t buy a mid-range gaming laptop and expect all the best. I’ve yet to try some of the more demanding games. But for the games I play these days, like Fortnite, Apex, Rust, R6 Siege, Subnautica, and No Man’s Sky, it’s performing pretty well.

> 3 dayI bought this 2/2022, six months later and those bright white lines are appearing. I contacted Acer because, warranty. I’m dismayed that this is apparently a known “extra” included with their products. I’m an more dismayed that they expect me to pay for shipping this to Texas for repair. Why? Because this defect has been shipping from the manufacturer for years. Do Not Recommend. I’ll stick with Apple products as I have done for the past 23 years with zero issues.
