Really solid gaming laptop my guys. I got it on prime day. Im pretty illiterate when it comes to this kind of stuff, but this was for sure a really good bang for your buck.

Great laptop, only downfalls was backlight bleed, hot surface temps, and FPS drop when not plugged into charge.

I received what appears to be a defective unit. Ive had this laptop for about 10 months now. Every several months the laptop cant be powered on. Ive had to send it in for repairs 3 times for the same symptom. Each time they fixed it, it only worked temporarily. I was hoping they found and fixed the root cause by the second time this happened. By the third time this happened within a year, Im now worried this is a trend and Acer wont replace the laptop unless the repair center advises it. When my warranty is up in a couple months, Ill have to pay full price for repairs if the trend continues. If I cant get a replacement unit, I basically wasted $1000. Lesson learned: If the laptop needs to be sent in for repairs within the Amazon return policy, IMMEDIATELY return or exchange it, dont assume that the Acer repair center permanently fixed the issue. Ive voiced my concerns to Acer support, but they wont replace the unit unless the repair center advises that they cant repair it anymore. If the repair center keeps temporarily fixing the unit, then the cycle just continues, and I lose time, money, and productivity.

Got this on black Friday and its pretty great. Upgrading the memory was super ez.

I dont have a details, I just know that my son did all the research and came up with the model. He absolutely loves it and have no complains. The graphics are great and sound is amazing even without external speakers. It does make a noise when its overheated, but this is absolutely normal with gaming notebooks. Just give it a rest every few hours so it last longer. And the prices is very reasonable.

It was the Christmas gift for my son, an excellent gaming laptop, good graphics and performance. Very good price for its quality and benefits.

I purchased on Black Friday but opened XMas day. It works great and very fast. But the C drive 200GB M2 drive is not big enough. I purchased a 1 TB SSD drive. (7mm) for data. I purchased a M2 1 TB version of what you see above. I used a retail copy of Accronis to migrate the 200GB M2 to this new one.

Less than a year and got a lot of troubles, the guarantee running even in the middle of a pandemic, does not validate the guarantee that obviously expired without being able to take it to a technical service due to the irregularity of the business to attend to, I do not recommend the purchase because after buying you do not receive help or in moments of emergency on behalf of ACER.
