The Q&A led me to believe this was a 144hz display, but its 60hz. Be aware of that if you order this one. Otherwise, all of the great reviews of the 15 inch version applies here as well, hence the 5 stars. Will update this review if anything goes wrong but so far so good.

This is hands down the best gaming laptop for the money at this time. The 1660TI performs incredibly well at 1080p, taking full advantage of the 144hz display. The i7 CPU boost and maintains 4ghz regularly without hitting thermal throttle. It can handle VR (I tested with a rift s), and every modern title that Ive thrown at it well over 100fps.

There seems to be something wrong with this model, this first one I bought had an issue just after 1 month of use, the replacement I got stopped working after 3 months of use.

What I didn’t like was the power cord. It does a L shape that seems to pull on the connection on the laptop. The color is black and hard ta keep clean. Also the hard drive is way 2 small, if your a gamer 4 or 5 game down loads and it’s maxed out, you’ll definitely have ta upgrade hard drive very soon...

Literally the laptop would not recognize the hard drive.

Update: Acer and Amazon dont replace this item so now i have to send back my brand new faulty device i just dropped $1,100 from my savings account and wait 14 days AFTER receiving my item to get my refund, DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP IT IS COMPLETE GARBAGE.
