bought this to use for school once i start and have been wanting to buy a laptop that can do something very simple but very important for me; play minecraft and spofity at the same time. it does just that and more, ‎so this laptop is amazing to me

After the initial startup and set up it did nothing but restart or blue screen and shut down. Ive never had an experience like it. I had it for only a few hours and its already boxed up to be returned. Overall I will say everything else else was nice. Seemed fast and the quality was pretty good. I would of loved to actually use it.

This laptop is very light and thin. The full function USB-C is very useful when used with a 10 in one hub. I am happy with everything although the screen is lacking in contrast and could be better. Very capable processor and good graphics capabilities

Extremely wonderful laptop, for a quick on the go experience that can easily connect to external monitors and TVs with hardly any issue. Wonderful screen display as my eyes are pleased with how much color that is received from the PC.

Great when it first arrived, this is only my second time using it and this is what happened.

I needed a new computer for school, and I employed the help of a friend to weed my way through the overwhelming amount of laptops out there. He came back with this gem, and so far, I am happy with my purchase from Amazon. The Acer website and other outlets list this model for $749, but I snagged this laptop for under $700 including tax. It comes with Windows 10, but it did an update to Windows 11, which I did not like, but I was able to revert back to 10 with ease. The battery life is outstanding. Its lightweight, very portable, and easy to use. Seamless design and interface. Speaker quality is good. Just to make sure I made the right purchase, I did further research on this laptop and compared it to other brands/models. Very happy with my decision to buy this brand and model. Would recommend and buy again.

Dont buy this product, and dont use this third party seller HIMALAYAS.LLC. Please note the large number of Blue Screen of Death reports for this product. There is a WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR hardware issue with this thing where CPU timing causes crashes... this occurred with a brand new system with all software updates applied. The PC did run for several hours without a problem, but I experienced problems when room temperatures were near 60 degrees C (we had a cold front and office was cold). Blue screen of death every 5 minutes... could not work at all. I ran memory and disk checks and there were no problems. I returned the device within a week and the crappy 3rd party seller charged an $85 restocking fee stating that the device worked well. I followed up with them and again detailed my experience, and again they simply replied the device works well. Not only is the AMD chipset acting flakey, HIMALAYAS is restocking FAULTY DEVICES and you may be the next victim. Keep looking and save yourself hours of troubleshooting and an $85 restocking fee!

I am normally a Thinkpad user and was looking at this Acer laptop very critically. But surprisingly is surpassed all my expectations. Just a bit short of 5 stars.

Full disclosure: Im a Mac guy. I walked away from Windows machines ten years ago and - until recently - have never looked back. But too many people I know still have them and I still get support questions so I figured it was time to see what was new in that field.

Other than the no touch screen feature (or maybe I just havent found out how to turn it on) this is a great laptop which fit my needs. Glad I purchased it.
