Do I recommend this for things like colored pencils and pens? Not really. But I do recommend it for small tech supplies you have. I have tons of USB sticks that I just slide through the pen holders. The lid compartment can only store very thin items like sticky notes or SD cards and small cables. I can easily vertically store a Logitech Pebble mouse in here as well as a few more chargers and even some earbuds, both wired and wireless. I paid about $13 USD for this, which I think is decent since I use it daily.

I was surprised with the smallness. Please check the measurements. This is very small. Not pleased with the purchase.

I use this to keep my Sharpies in for coloring and I love it. If I get another set of markers and needed a zippered storage case, I would definitely order this one again. Would also work great for things other than markers.

I like this stationery box very much, the color is very stain resistant, it can put a lot of things in it, and the quality is very good

Holds the essentials. The kids have a different pouch for map pencils, glue sticks, and scissors. I could imagine it falling all over everytime it unzipped it we smashed it all in there. Zips nicely. The black one seems to be better, the grey one is sewn wonky, making it slightly squished in appearance. (No time to exchange it before school starts.)
