> 3 dayOh well. Other than that, the Controller is excellent! Great battery life. Also, great design, combining the best bits of Nintendo and Sony controller designs. Compatible with every device Ive tried, so far. If it has Bluetooth, it works (although the Switch itself can be a little temperamental). The travel bag would have been a nice touch, though.

> 3 dayi like how it look and feel when you hold it. But. When you trryng to play some hardcore games like hollow knight or crash bandicoot you will notice some flaws. First of all, i updated firmware twice and it still hung randomly in Xbox mode.... tense moment? LETS HOLD BUTTON AND DO NOTHING MORE! I hope you have time to unplug typec(love it!) and plug again. will your game set the pause? Button activation slightly jaggy, sometimes i did doulbe jump without intention. i never experienced this with joycons, xbox or any other gamepads. But, you can attach it to everything (xbox, pc, phone, switch, rPi with retropie) so I appreciate it

> 3 dayPhone, PC Bluetooth, Switch. All worked flawlessly. It is clever to have the startup choose the button layout. I had set my phone to xbox360, so this controller was different, but was auto-detected seamlessly. Worked with Geforce NOW and Trackmania through Epic. Worked with Emulators on phone.

> 3 dayAs a person who plays on a PlayStation, this controller feels so natural, and the fact it has the back pattles, reprogrammable buttons, macros, and much more useful features for less than an official pro controller, I honestly this this a must have for any switch owner!

> 3 dayFor the Switch when playing solo I love using this controller instead of my Switch Pro controller(I never use Joy-cons while docked, except SM Odyssey) for games like Pokemon/DQ11 that are more menu based due to the position of the D-Pad. Other than that its an extremely well priced and solid controller if you need more for extra people with multiplayer games. It definitely has a very similar feel to the PS4 controller, but luckily far better battery life and USB-C vs Micro(one of my main gripes with the PS4 controller) On the PC it has been fantastic as well, Iove using it to play SNES games (That I do own) that have been modded with some difficulty, translation tweaks etc. But it works great for any game thanks to the software that comes with it that allows you remap buttons for using on the Switch and on PC separately, and many other options. Has worked well for any Stream game Ive tried. The fact that it doesnt have NFC doesnt bother me at all. The one game I might use the NFC often (BoTW) I prefer the Pro controller, but its not like you couldnt undock it, spam your amiibos, then go right back to using the SN30 Pro+. Would it be nice if I could turn on the Switch with the controller? Sure, but personally lifting a corner of the Switch out of the dock and back in really isnt too much a hassle. My only small issue is that the + and - (start and select) are a little out of the way. Side note about syncing, It is very important to follow the initial syncing instructions for the specific device you are syncing to (particularly being aware of the button combo that is different for every device type). Once I correctly synced the controller I have not had an issue with just pressing start to reconnect the controller. Note that you will have to resync to the Switch, after Syncing to your PC and vice versa(at least with Bluetooth) just like with the PS4 controller. The bottom line is that this controller is a fantastic Switch controller alone with the same build quality as an official Nintendo Pro Controller at a cheaper price. If you want something for Switch and PC, the value increases. If you want something for Switch, PC, Android, and Raspberry Pi...you get the point. I would also recommend watching the many youtube reviews that go into great detail about controller.

> 3 dayThis is already my second sn30pro controller and my 4th controller from the brand 8bitdo. This is a very good company with quality materials and the fact that you can use them with several platforms its just very practical

> 3 dayDefinitely helped me improve my gaming performance on my Nintendo Switch. The turbo mode is nice! My one star off is regarding the looseness of the D-pad button inside the housing. It has a bit more play then what I would like. Overall a solid controller for the price, and being able to use it with other devices is a big plus!

> 3 dayThe SN30Pro+ D-pad is something Nintendo needs to take notes on the design. No Switch controller, provided by Nintendo, to this day, has a D-pad appropriate for 2D action or retro-gaming. Nintendo for all people should know proper D-Pad design. I own the Switch Pro Controller and the D pad is not great for platforms or retro-games (Tetris, SNES/NES classics). Otherwise, the Pro Controller is a fine controller to use on modern games. That said, this controller is the best 3rd party controller Ive purchased for Switch. Have not tried it on PC yet, but Im sure it works there too. It has home and picture buttons and all other expected features, accept amiibo support. The rumble feature works, but it doesnt seem very strong (it gets the job done). The home button on the SN30Pro+ does not turn on the Switch. Unfortunate. I hope they can add this with an update. Comfort is good but not great like the Switch Pro Controller comfort. The Switch Pro Controller is probably the most comfortable controller my hands have used. My hands get a little tired after an hour or so using the SN30Pro+. To me, the SN30Pro+ grips and angle are a little shallower/narrow and not as hand-filling as the Pro is. So, for long gaming sessions, the Pro controller wins that battle. But, the SN30Pro+ is comfortable, and hand types may vary on comfort. I hope 8bitdo will iterate this controllers design and maybe have the ergonomics improved upon. Updating the firmware is a little goofy on Windows 10. I have high resolution monitor and the application seems to get cut off. But, it gets the job done. The tuning/adjustment/button mapping software works fine. The all black design is sleek and cool, but you cant see the button labels very easily. The texture feels nice as well. So do the analog sticks. Overall, a solid controller.

> 3 dayThe controller was good but I had to lower the sensitivity for both of the thumb sticks down to 50% for me to be able to even use the controller so that has me scared for the longevity of the one I recieved

Greater than one weekIt’s alright. Advertised to do a lot but no instructions included to really do any of it. Doesn’t feel like strong quality in the hand. Had to return mine as I have a Switch and wanted to use the Turbo feature. Im small wording in the instructions states that Turbo doesn’t work with Switch. Returned it and got a controller that can use Turbo on the Switch.
