Amazon Basics Tape Measure - 16 Feet, Turquoise

This is such a cute measuring tape and does what its supposed to! It pulls out smoothly and the one touch retraction with the side button is great. Its easy to use and easy to read and the measuring tape itself is yellow so pretty standard. It has a nice heft to it and 16 ft is ample for most of my measuring needs. The latch for hooking it to your belt or pocket is handy but is very tight which is maybe a good thing so you arent dropping it when climbing a 12 ft ladder! All in all I am very happy with this and would recommend.

I keep this in the kitchen to get to easily and it works great.

Now that Im in my house by myself, Ive been gathering a collection of tools for my very own toolbox. Ive been buying a few small power tools, as well. They definitely all come in handy around the house for little jobs that I can do myself. Its impressive how much you can learn about fixing things around your house yourself just by watching YouTube videos. The one thing Ive been looking for for a while is a good measuring tape. Now I have one, and its pink! Its not quite as long as I would have liked it to be, but its long enough for pretty much the majority of things that I think I will need it for. It works very well, has a nice weight to it, the tape slides in and out very easily and smoothly, it locks automatically when you pull it out, and slides back in quickly, but without snapping or bending when you push the lever. I love my new pink Measuring tape and would definitely recommend it!

Save ur money and buy a different one this one is very cheap and flimsy

Works pretty much as expected. When recoiling, metal tape measure often gets stuck.

Tape measure looks good and works well, but after a bit I realized that the tip of the tape is cut incorrectly, so it pretty much starts at 1cm. I have to remember to take 1cm of every measurement... Aside from that, its good.

Basic tape measure. 16 is more than adequate for my crafting needs. I love that it automatically freezes, and doesnt wind itself back up if you let go.

works. Gorgeous color. I always check the reviews before I purchase something but I always get lazy about reviewing so I’ll keep it short and simple. It’s amazing. No issues. The feature where the measuring tape zips back words very well but isn’t too strong where it hurts my hand on the recoil.
