Product faulty and no e change offered. Only a refund and then charge another £50 to buy e at my the same product. Not my fault I was sent a faulty one…. !!

Was long overdue for an upgrade on my i7-4790k Asus Z97pro workstation and couldnt wait until the July release so I built a new Fractal R5 box with an Asus Prime X470 Pro MB and plugged in a Ryzen 5 2600 as a placeholder until the 3700x came out. The new 3700x is plugged in now and I couldnt be happier. I coupled this chip with 32gb of 3000 C15 memory, 1gb SSD, and 12tb of WD spinners for storage of all my photos. Mostly running Lightroom and Photoshop but this chip QUICKLY chews through everything I throw at it. I dont game on it so I cant comment on that aspect, but its very stable on my X470 board. Its quirky compared to older chips....spikey voltage and temps, and the Wraith prism fan spins up quite a bit (Ill fix that with an adjusted fan profile soon) but Im just relaxing and enjoying it rather than worrying about voltage and temps.....all are within spec. DO NOT PAY MORE THAN MSRP!!!

Premetto che era un prodotto Amazon Warehouse usato come nuovo, anche il prezzo però era da nuovo, con 5 euro in più lo avrei acquistato nuovo, anche se non da Amazon.

This CPU is a great choice for anybody looking for mid-to-high tier performance. It handles all of my video editing and gaming quite well. Perhaps an R9 model is relatively more powerful, but this CPU is already enough to run anything that I throw at it (meaning that the R9 would be a much better option if it can do things that the R7 CAN NOT, rather than IMPROVE on things that it CAN imo).

The cpu now does not work, all my pc is new, I bought this product in November and now it does not work at all, how do I get the warranty back and get another one

Purchased 2 for myself and my fiances new PCs. Both running very well. Hers is using the included Wraith Prism cooler which seems fine and she loves the RGB. Default fan curve is horrendous, but once adjusted runs a little warm but reasonably quiet. Mine has a Noctua D15 and runs very cool and inaudible.
