AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Blazing fast with great thermals. Unfortunately since Covid-19, there are no great values. It cost more than it should have, but I am not going to complain too much given the great performance. The increased efficiency on the single core side has helped immensely with cpu intensive games.

Purposely built from the ground up to dominate PC gaming. What more can you ask for. I have never had a Ryzen CPU give me any trouble and this guy was no exception. I remember when Intel dominated the market. My first chip was a 486 DX2 and there was no competition in sight. Intel is an example of a behemoth that got so big it couldnt function anymore.

This is my first AMD build for personal use. Ive previously used i7 processors and was satisfied with each generation but the 5900x is leagues ahead of any previous processor Ive used when it comes to productivity [MS Office, and intermediate use of Adobe Acrobat, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere]. I may have sacrificed single-core speed but I have several programs and browsers open most of the time, and this rises to the challenge and performs exceptionally well. On a separate note, I havent seen much difference between using this with 32GB [2x16GB 3600Mhz C18 Ram] vs 64GB [4x16GB 3600Mhz C18 Ram]. Thoroughly satisfied with the processor.

An hour of tinkering got me to 4.64GHz all-core, with temps below 80C. ASUS 570 TUF gaming, 32GB 3600C16 Ballistix, and Arctic 280mm AIO.

I didnt have a good enough cpu cooler so it just overheated had to send back :(

If you can sport the cash, dont skimp out. Worth every penny.

Also kann sein das ich einfach Pech habe, habe nie großartig Experimentiert, also größtenteils mit 3,7 GHz gezockt war ganz okay, aber ich finde das er nachlässt, der kauf ist gut 2 Jahre her, bin etwas enttäuscht...
