Pretty straight forward assembly. You will need metric tools for this project. A 10mm combination wrench is need to remove a bumper brace. The step is big help in getting in and out of the bed of our dually 4X4. When dismounting, if you look straight down from the left side of the tailgate you will see the step enough to guide your foot to the pad. The step is barely unnoticeable retracted. Quality product.

Installed on 2018 Ram 2500 Tradesman. Fit was perfect. Installation took about 20 minutes. Step is sturdy and stays up out of the way while driving. Makes getting into the bed a lot easier for old legs.

This step is great looking and so easy to use. It drops down and folds up just using your fingertips. I am a big guy and it holds me just fine. I recommend for anyone who has a hard time reaching into their pickup bed.

My new truck is just a touch taller than my last one. Its a pain to get into the bed. While this step is expensive, its also invaluable. It installs very easily and unfolds easily too. Ive had it 6 months and it hasnt ever come down while driving. It makes getting in and out of the bed much easier and even safer when things are icy out.

I was a little hesitant because I thought the price was a little high. Happy to say my concern was for not. Installation was straight forward. Design and functionality is perfect. Very well made. Only thing that might improve it, make the foot pad from cast aluminum instead of plastic. Other than that, I would recommend this to everyone

64 years old and now can get up and in my new Ram 3500. This step is great for getting up and inside your truck with the tailgate down. it doesnt take away from the looks and is very well built. I love it. Wish I had bought it when it was a little cheaper, but well worth the money. Glad I ran across it.

So much easier to climb in and out of the truck with this step installed. Just a simple kick and it goes back to the retracted position. Worth every penny.

So I have been using this step daily for a few months now and I am completely satisfied with it. I am 210 pounds, use it 10-20 times a day & so far i haven’t had a single issue. It only took about 15 minutes to install, raises & lowers easily. It also tucks out of the way nicely. Seems a little pricey but so far it’s been worth it.

Very easy to install for my 2018 ram 3500 dually. Step is sturdy. Looks like it will be solid for many years to come. Only time will tell. For now 5 stars.

Was keeping a small stepladder in bed of truck so i could get into the truck bed, rather silly. Wife got me this for a gift. Directions were good and it didnt take very long to install. It pops up out of the way and easily comes down for the extra boost my short legs needed.
