Very easy to install, very sturdy. Really helps

Great item and a must have. I installed it on a 14 Ram 2500. Made getting up and down from truck bed much easier. High quality product and easy to install. I was skeptical for a minute after installation because the steep itself is made out of plastic. Even my friend was skeptical about steep holding up, not breaking. So I told him give it a try and make sure to step toward the outside. Amazingly the step held up under his feather weight (235lb) with no problem. Ive been using the steep since then probably 10-20 times a day and so far so good.

I purchased this for my son as a Christmas gift. My son installed it on his 2018 Dodge truck and he loves it! Very sturdy and worthwhile!

While expensive, it is worth the cost to me. I recently switched from a RAM 1500 to a 2500. The added height of the bed made getting in and out as well as just leaning over to move things around very difficult. The BedStep was easy to install and works as advertised. Very sturdy when deployed and the vertical position when down is a near perfect height for me. Pops up to storage position very easily. Very satisfied with the product.

My new truck is just a touch taller than my last one. Its a pain to get into the bed. While this step is expensive, its also invaluable. It installs very easily and unfolds easily too. Ive had it 6 months and it hasnt ever come down while driving. It makes getting in and out of the bed much easier and even safer when things are icy out.

As they say, trucks are getting taller these days, and for some of us more vertically challenged individuals, that jump up to the bed is tricky. This was a good safe option for access to the bed. Arrived VERY fast, and install was easy. Took about 30 minutes on my back in a driveway. Hardware supplied is perfect and the install is about the easiest I have done. Hardest part is removing a small OEM bracket on the bumper to the body, and some sort of a flex drive or knuckle would make those 10 mm bolts easier to get out. Otherwise very simple. (There are multiple comments around reviews here and other places on the web about the removal of that braket. It is a very lightweight piece of metal, and really dont see how that can be any sort of problem when removed). The step is a poly/resin material of some sort and my only concern about the entire assembly. I would rather have seen a metal step of some sort. It may be a groundless worry since many other reviews on here are longer term and have not had any problems. Definitely a good, and easy upgrade!

Love this thing, but its a bit pricey. I would like to have one on the side of the bed for the tool box too, but theyre just too expensive to purchase at the same time. After installing and using this for a couple years I ended up knocking it off while backing up to dump some branches. Only took 2 days without it to order another.

Easy to install with the instructions provided. Works well, very sturdy and does not rattle when Folded up and not in use.

Piece of cake to install on my 2018 Ram 3500..Best money you can spend if youre getting in and out of your bed to hook up gooseneck or 5th wheel trailers.. Would definitely buy again..Get you one..! You wont regret it..!!!
