Amazing radio, is the best modern compact with a lot of frequencies radio in my opinion.

As a licensed radio operator have read reviews of heat problem, only had a few days and receive not up to snuff, really considering returning as really happy with unit, considering buy cooling fans but should not have to , looking into other radios. There are other radios with better reviews and maybe better operating features , looking into this as it was costing more than other radios.

only problem is missing ctcss board for tones on repeater

The digital volume control is not very useful, Vol 1 is too quiet, Vol 2 is too loud. Scanner is extremely slow. Received audio quality is not any better than a budget CB radio. User manual is very basic and doesnt actually explain a lot of the functions.

Had heard people talking on these radio’s after talking to some of the owners I found out the best sounding radios had be checked out and tuned up by a local shop near me, I ordered mine and the day it arrived I took it to shop near Portland Oregon. That was the way to go. Tiny’s CB did a wonderful job, I can talk to other people farther. Outstanding radio

I really wanted this unit to work well, It did for 2 hours. Had to send it back.

The AnyTone AT-6666 is a wonderful radio. I purchased it to replace my aging 30 year old Uniden President Lincoln. I shopped around and compared the AT-6666 to about a half dozen other radios on the market. I finally made my choice based on its solid build and modern features. The receive audio is very clear and I receive good signal reports about how I sound as well. So far, Im very happy and would recommend it to others who are looking to make a similar purchase.

This radio is being marketed to truckers per the text of the offer. Its being called 10m CB - the 10 meter band is a licensed band in the US. The use of this radio on that band without a current FCC Amateur Radio license is illegal. Lets stop taking advantage of people who dont know this. Lets stop encouraging disregard for the law. Hesenate?
