You cant go wrong with this one. Audio quality is great, the receive is very well filtered, and the tx was dead on frequency. This is what you want if you need a good, cheap, ready to rock, 10m radio. Only major complaint is the power cord is not removable and this makes swapping out radios with this one a PITA.

As a licensed radio operator have read reviews of heat problem, only had a few days and receive not up to snuff, really considering returning as really happy with unit, considering buy cooling fans but should not have to , looking into other radios. There are other radios with better reviews and maybe better operating features , looking into this as it was costing more than other radios.

I really wanted this unit to work well, It did for 2 hours. Had to send it back.

Im sorry, RCI, Galaxy, President. Your over-price, and out-dated designs have been out done. If youre looking for a 10 meter export rig, then get an Any Tone AT-6666. I loved it right out of the box.

As a licensed Amateur Radio Operator, I can tell you that I know truckers who are also licensed Hams. Theyre driving along in their trucks using 2 meter, 440, often using echolink to access their hometown repeaters while on the road. And even accessing D-Star, Fusion and DMR with their rasberry pies. They also use 10 meters. And this is a great radio for them. The person who complained about this being advertised for truckers apparently isnt aware of Ham Truckers. Yes, most truckers are simply CBers and dont have a ham license. But thousands of truckers have moved up to Ham Radio and are actively using Amateur Radio while on the road.

The Anytone 6666 with the Wireless bearcat C906W Mic Awesome but not Pnp HOWEVER.. The Best feature was a radio flaw I stumbled over while switching between menus and it quickly switched to the numbered channels changing the saved channel to the frequency I was on. The me is to know and use the frequencies and program what you want in those banks of channels. You can save 400 frequencies. 1-40X 10 Banks ABCDEFGHIJ. Program them as you like. The price has jumped up $100 since my purchase but for what this radio offers & does it’s well worth it. If I see one for $250 I’d get another.

Nice radio for the money

Great radio, not a huge audio monster, but super clean crisp audio with nice echo and plenty of roger beep choices. The receiver is absolutely awesome and picks up even the lowest far away signals. Overall a great buy and awesome value for $260 to the door. My opinion a better value than the 955 or other comparable rigs.

Great radio, talks clear, variable power, very tunable, tons of features, multiple bans, am-fm with upper/lower sidebands, two button conversation to 10 meter with no need to open the unit. Very solid radio..
