Ipad was in good shape but didn’t come with any of the original parts included chargers or cable. The wall charger it came with isn’t even cable of charging the iPad since it is a 5w charger and not the 12w charger iPads come with. The listing should specify this somewhere and to my knowledge it doesn’t.

I love this iPad!! I bought it Amazon renewed, and it showed up looking new, without a mark on it. It came with one year free of Apple TV, and I now use it for everything. Perfect purchase

I was not able to make this Ipad work. Amazon send a product that is not renewed as stated. The product was not reset, and it is permanently deactivated because I dont have the passcode of the original owner. I contacted Apple technical support, follow their instructions, and after several hours, I gave up on trying to activated this Ipad. I am returning it. Very disappointed with Amazon renewed Ipads. Dont buy renewed Ipads from Amazon. They dont reset the product.

Came in looking 100% brand new. Not a scratch on it. I was very pleased. Works great, as expected.

Needed an iPad for school and thought I’d get a refurbished (or renewed) one. Big mistake. The battery dies at 63%, the Apple screen cuts on and off for hours, it randomly crashes, and randomly the screen will freeze with pink and green streaks across. I knew I wasn’t going to get a top knotch iPad with this price but I thought it would at least be decent.

Replaced 10 yr old tablet with this one. No issues, started right up, tutorial was sufficient. Arrived quickly, no issues

iPad Air looks practically brand new. Screen glass is flawless. Amazing!

Love this Ipad

My wife and I were looking to upgrade her moms aging 2015 vintage iPad as a Christmas gift. Both of them depend on their iPads for everyday use: emails and web browsing, FaceTime, and extensive streaming media. Upon weighing all the new and used options we settled on renewed 64GB 2019 3rd Generation iPad Air. It ticked all the boxes: lightweight, good camera, great display, and plenty of storage. Add to it that the seller had graded the product as being in excellent condition and could ship it quick for a competitive price and we were sold. The package arrived on time despite being ordered just two days before Christmas. Upon opening we thoroughly inspected it, and am pleased to say that except for a single tiny scratch on the screen, the product looked brand new! We then set about testing the functionality and were again completely amazed that everything worked just as you would expect from a new unit. Bluetooth, Wi-fi, Speakers, Microphone, Cameras, ports and buttons all in good working order. The most impressive thing to us however was the battery life - the renewed iPad held up as well as my wifes 2021 iPad Pro under the usual daily usage demands. In fact, we were so pleased with the quality and performance of this item that when my wife accidently water-logged her new(ish) Pro about 10 days later, we purchased a SECOND unit exactly like the first as a replacement. For the way she uses her iPad, this product met or exceeded all expectations, and was $600 less than a renewed Pro. Highly recommend!
