> 3 dayCharging port broke 2 days after the warranty/return expired. Touch screen is finicky and sometimes doesnt want to work. Part is not an easy fix and needs to be soldered back in costing almost as much as the ipad itself.

Greater than one weekItem arrived quickly, was well packed and was in much better shape then I had hoped. Very minor screen scratches and a few nicks in the back. Super value.

> 3 dayPhysically, the product looks new, and operationally it performs all it’s expected functions as if new. The problem is that once turned off, it is difficult to get it to turn back on. It seems to go into a kind of sleep mode, and there is no simple way of waking it up. I finally discovered that rapidly pushing the on/off button a dozen or so times in quick succession will bring the unit back to life. Obviously, this is annoying, and hard on the equipment, and it’s only a matter of times before something breaks. I was lead to believe that this renewed product was tested and found to be in good working condition. That doesn’t seem to be the case.
