It’s a beautiful iPod but is not working well. It gets very hot when I open any app

What was presented was an item that supposedly worked. and was guaranteed to work. What was received, even though it looked good from the outside, did not even come close to living up to expectations. One of the items would not charge and the other when charged and turned went dead. Not sure of your quality control but it seems like you need to improve that.

Arrived safe & in good condition. Works as it should! Actually arrived with a screen protector too but I took it off to put a case on!

We got this for our daughter for her birthday and she was thrilled. It’s perfect and set up was easy.
