This product does not live up to the actual Apple products. I liked using these because I prefer smaller ear buds than the ones that came with my phone and need to use an adapter. But these adapters only worked for me a few times and than no longer worked. Wish I could find some made in America and of good quality.

It does not work. I plug it in to my iPad, and it does not stay connected to my iPad. It’s so loose it that it just falls out…

I ordered this 2-pack. Neither adapter worked. When using, no sound was transmitted from iPhone to earbuds (tried several earbuds to make sure problem was with adapter and not earbuds). Ordered replacement. Both replacement adapters failed to work.

I had an apple adapter that worked for more than 5 years that finally crapped out, so, I got these. It completely fell apart after just TWO WEEKS. I use it in my car, and it’s not like it got banged around or wound up and folded or anything. For it to break after such light use SO quickly is just absurd. What an absolute rip off.

They only work for a week and the need a new one

I had the product for less than a month and the slightest tug (when my car fell from the cup holder to floor) was enough to tear the dongle in two.

Seems to not connect snuggly to an iPhone 13. Sound goes in and out.

I had these products for less than 2 weeks and both of them stopped working in that time. Once I put them in my pocket while connected to my iPhone, the sound would go in and out and immediately stopped working. I thought it was my phone or my headphones but they worked perfectly on other devices. Do not buy these unless you want to waste your money.

Neither pair works on my iPhone 11. Save your money and buy one from the Apple Store. It costs the same and there’s free shipping- and it actually works.
