I ordered this product, and when both wires stopped working, you replaced them, now after only 2 1/2 months, the 3rd, of 4 wires have gone bad! but you only have a 30day return policy!

They absolutely do not work. They’ve barely been able to connect to my phone, as most the time they simply wouldn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend

I ordered this 2-pack. Neither adapter worked. When using, no sound was transmitted from iPhone to earbuds (tried several earbuds to make sure problem was with adapter and not earbuds). Ordered replacement. Both replacement adapters failed to work.

I bought these right before taking a trip. After a few hours of usage one of them stopped working and then the same thing happened to the second one. They just stop pulling sound through the headphones and so the sound is coming out of the phone.

The product did not work at all. I had to go out to Staples to get a connector that worked. Apparently, no quality control

Seems to not connect snuggly to an iPhone 13. Sound goes in and out.

It completely broke in half after 4 weeks of light use.
