Love the bench! It arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and appears to be a quality piece. It looks great in our shower, and we are enjoying it’s functionality.

Great product. Easy to install if you have a quality allen wrench. Hard to do with the one they send you.

Nice addition to our shower. No care instructions were included, so I am a little concerned because I have read where you should treat these evey so often.

This has a weight and density to it that is quite lovely. It is replacing a simple Ikea stool that would creak and that had just a little wobble when sitting on it. This is a heavy, sturdy yet elegantly designed piece that meets your butt with a greeting that says, I got you. The only tiny issue for constructive feedback: one of the eight screws was difficult to get in all the way during assembly (the alignment of the parts was a bit off), but it worked out.

I received the bench very quickly and put it together in a few minutes. The quality of the wood and hardware is excellent for the price. Then bench is very sturdy and looks great in my new walk in shower. The bench looks exactly like the picture. The wood pieces are not perfect, there is one patch on top and a couple of minor dents in a few pieces. Initially I was disappointed with that but once I put it together and put it in the shower, the minor imperfections were completely unnoticeable. The wood is holding up nicely in the first few weeks and the water from the shower just beads up. Sometimes I wipe the bench down with a towel when I am done with the shower but it doesnt seem like it will matter. The 24-inch width is perfect for my shower, which is about 30 inches wide at the floor. The height and depth are great and very comfortable. The smooth arc to the seat makes it feel secure when sitting on it wet. The leveling feet are black non-skid rubber. I checked and this would leave a mark on my white solid surface shower floor so I put felt circles on the bottom of each foot. I will have to replace that periodically. This is a new product with only a few reviews so far, but the brand has consistently good reviews. The prices was really good for what I was looking for so I am 100% happy with this bench.

I bought this bench for the master shower in my new house, so I haven’t actually used it yet, but it’s just beautiful to look at! It went together fairly well and it seems quite sturdy. We did find that the Allen which was wrench included didn’t work so well - my husband used one we had around the house.

The bench came but I had to wait to assemble because my renovation werent complete. I assembled it with no problems. It is quite large and heavy. It took up a lot of space in my shower. Because I am handicapped, I need more clearance to enter and exist so that wont fall. It is for that reason only that I returned it.
