AquaTeak Patented 24 Sumba Teak Shower Bench with Shelf

Very sturdy piece and overall easy to assemble. The only drawback was having to continually place the wrench to turn the screws. No room. I would buy it again.

Exactly what we were looking for. This is a very sturdy, beautiful piece of furniture that will last a long time.

I cant say enough good about my bench. I wish I had bought it years ago. The quality makes this bench worth very penny. assembly was completed in less than 30 minutes

Arrived as described. Finish was nice and smooth. Have had for several months and still looks like new. The spacing on the boards is good for draining off water and yet not so large as to be uncomfortable. Would recommend to others.

I received the bench very quickly and put it together in a few minutes. The quality of the wood and hardware is excellent for the price. Then bench is very sturdy and looks great in my new walk in shower. The bench looks exactly like the picture. The wood pieces are not perfect, there is one patch on top and a couple of minor dents in a few pieces. Initially I was disappointed with that but once I put it together and put it in the shower, the minor imperfections were completely unnoticeable. The wood is holding up nicely in the first few weeks and the water from the shower just beads up. Sometimes I wipe the bench down with a towel when I am done with the shower but it doesnt seem like it will matter. The 24-inch width is perfect for my shower, which is about 30 inches wide at the floor. The height and depth are great and very comfortable. The smooth arc to the seat makes it feel secure when sitting on it wet. The leveling feet are black non-skid rubber. I checked and this would leave a mark on my white solid surface shower floor so I put felt circles on the bottom of each foot. I will have to replace that periodically. This is a new product with only a few reviews so far, but the brand has consistently good reviews. The prices was really good for what I was looking for so I am 100% happy with this bench.

Pre-drilled screw holes dont line up with the receiving end. Had to drill out holes bigger in order for the screws to line up. Has some small perfections, not worth returning. Manufactures attached name plate is badly dented. Did not come with enough oil finish. Applied Watco teak oil before assembling.

Outstanding product

This is a quality product. The box tells you it comes from Indonesia. There is no quality control issues at this company. I remodel bathrooms for a living and this is the 4th bench I have purchased for clients. The joints all fit as they should. Assembly is supper easy - 8 bolts. you even get the Allen key with it. They put two color dots (small stickers) on the ends that go together. There are NO instructions- You dont need them. The Wood is milled well and has good color. The Teak Oil is something to pickup - especially if this bench is in the shower everyday. My last client is older and purchased a aluminum Adjustable Shower Seat for much cheaper. Soon as she had the two benches side by side = Teak - looked better, felt better, and was MUCH more stable.

LOVE IT! Looks great and is very sturdy! Was super easy to put together as well.
