> 3 dayI love them, but didnt read to rinse before using. Maybe a red warning tag right on the filter sock would help us who dont routinely read the paper instructions. It did foam everywhere, and clogged up the air intake to the protein skimmer. Maybe the company should actually rinse them before selling the product. We all have expensive fish, and I am wondering what was in that massive amount of foam. Thank goodness the fish all seemed unaffected by the foam produced.

> 3 dayPRO - Does a very good job of filtering unwanted waste from aquariums and traps it in the socks, easy to replace. CONS - Needs to be replaced often to maintain high quality filtering, would be nice if they didnt clog up so fast.

> 3 dayThe opening for this filter sock is - I guess as they indicate 7 in across- was able to squeeze into sump and doing a good job without question- opening with plastic ring will flex to a degree and thus able to maneuver in- content with job its doing

> 3 dayBeen using these socks now for over six months and they seem to do a great job of capturing debris from my 365 gallon salt water reef tank. I’m very curious to see how long they will be usable but right now very happy!
