> 3 dayUnless you have multiple needs you won’t need this large of a tube but if it’s the only choice to stay brand specific I highly recommend you do the job right the first time and use Arctic thermal paste. Grab your latex gloves, apply a small drop, assemble, and let it squish out. If you’re one with OCD and insist in spreading yourself think twice unless you’re certain you can apply without using too much or too little leaving air bubbles that could cause hot spots. By applying a small drop it squeezes out evenly as you fasten down your heat sink. Snap cap back on, toss gloves, clean up work area and you’re all ready to test drive your new CPU.

> 3 day5年立ったバッテリー交換と一緒にグリスの交換をしてみた。結果大満足です。ファン入り口のゴミも掃除できたし、熱伝導も復活したし（グリスは固着していて熱伝導率が最悪の状態でした）、埃まるけのファンも交換をすれば良かったと後で思ってしまった。

> 3 dayVery easy job with the rights tools for the job of replacing the very dry OEM white thermal past the 2000$ MBP comes with that they get all over the place . Just be careful around the edges of the CPU and GPU on the 2015 15 retna. I have enough paste left to do 100 more jobs.... lol
