I cannot say enough about these bands! I have used similar bands that are plastic and they would roll and that would just cause extreme frustration during my workout. Then I saw an ad for Arena bands so I thought I would give them a try. I am not going to lie the price was intimidating but I know sometimes you get what you pay for. Immediately I noticed the difference. Arena bands do not slide or roll. If you are on the fence about purchasing these bands, do not hesitate any longer, you will not regret it!
