Love the bands...except for the fact that I’ve been using the medium band for less than 2 weeks and it’s getting stretched out and popping through the fabric so I’m sure in less than another 2 weeks, it’ll be too stretched out to even use.

I really like these bands! They are fabric and thicker than others. They don’t roll at all which is incredible. There is 3 different resistance bands. I love that they come in a carry case and a little book that shows exercises you can do with the bands. These are a great purchase!

Great bands.

Great product but wish there were exercises for very beginners and/or over 50 crowd. Only ones I could do were Seated. Abduction and side lying clam. Balance is not what it use to be.

So much better than the rubber bands I used to use. Good quality and the instruction manual is a nice bonus.

I never write reviews, but these bands have changed my workout for the better!!!!! Arena Strength does the math for you, by literally laying out four days worth of workouts, complete with pictures, in the guide that comes with the bands!!!! The results I’ve had since I started using them truly make me look forward to every workout now! The quality is AMAZING. Also, the bag and workout guide that come with it make it such a great value for the price. I look forward to purchasing from Arena Strength in the future!!!!

These are the best bands that I’ve tried. I have thicker thighs at a size 16 and they have not once rolled up during a high intensity workout. They’re comfortable and don’t dig into my thighs and they are able to stay in place. Would 100% recommend.

A wonderful invention for mini bands. Was so sick of my rubber ones rolling up and almost cutting my legs off. These are PERFECT. So comfortable, and get the job done. 3 resistance levels to choose from. Im currently using the pink (medium) and getting plenty of results. I might give the black a shot soon.
