The stitching that holds the shoulder strap to the buckle is already frayed and coming apart. My son got the bag to use for school and generally doesn’t have a full load in the bag, but it is not holding up well at all. I would like a refund or a replacement.

I love the look of this bag, however it is flimsy. When carrying books for school, it collapses on itself.

Ive had no problems with this bag at all. It looks great, is sturdy, and works as a laptop bag for airlines so you can still take an additional carry-on bag.
