I really liked this laptop, until the screen went totally black 15 days after purchase. It will still work with an external monitor. After 2 calls to customer service, and many hours searching the ASUS website for help, I will either return this or ship it off to be repaired. I finally had it all set up and running well. Now Im removing documents and deleting things so I can return it or send it off for repair. ASUS customer service is not much help. I am so disappointed.

I purchased it with 17gb of RAM but it came with 20gb. Was supposed to be a 256gb SSD but it came with a 1000gb SSD. Bonus. Paid the expedited shipping, $65, but it took almost a week so the fee was waived! Sweet. It is a lot heavier than I thought so I assume the case is much stronger than my five year old ASUS laptop.

It’s very sad to receive none working laptop and to wait almost a month till items picked up and refund back payment. It’s bad experience

Fast and sharp screen. Power cord is long cord without the extra converter weight , just a block at power plug. Its lightweight, lighted keyboard, and as I said, FAST

Just stopped turning on, warranty had expired and no product support was available.

After buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

This ASUS laptop sucks, wont turn on and I tried all of thier video fixes, still nothing, junk dont buy this because you probably have a 50/50 shot it will work longer than a couple months

Really living this laptop. No issues so far. Its almost lightning fast with the extra RAM, the video looks great and the sound is decent.
