My husbands expensive lap top died and I couldnt really afford another expensive touchscreen. I got this and my husband absolutely loves it. Super fast and works perfect for basic every day usage.

I would recommend getting this laptop. Very lightweight good memory and good speed. Good value for the price.

Did not work upon arrival, attempted to return, return was cancelled on their end after date of acceptable return so it was considered invalid

Received the laptop, but it did not turn on. Returned....waiting for refund.

Bad something -- probably GPU. Techs said it couldnt be fixed. ASUS refused to honor the warranty and gave me FOUR different, conflicting reasons why they wouldnt.

The seller got the item sent to us very quickly and in time for Christmas. So far, the laptop appears decent, although I’ll update this review if that changes. It came with 20GB ram rather than the 16GB advertised (yay) but only 238GB hard drive rather than the 256GB advertised (boo). I think they got confused by the way that memory works - the computer has 254,930,128,896 bytes, which may have looked to them as being 255GB but megabytes have 1024 bytes in them rather than 1000 bytes, so it’s not. Still, it’s more than enough storage for our needs, so I’ll let it go.

Great for the price if you want to stay in the BIOS Screen

Bought this and ordered Sata SSD upgrade at the same time. The detailed description says Hard Drive interface SATA. Its not its NVME.

I was under the impression that this could handle heavy work. It can handle medium to light. So for college this is fine for me. But for many others who have more advanced work. Find something else

Nice Laptop. But it does not have 16 gb of RAM. Just 12 gb. That is a lie and it is not right. The others specifications are corrects.
