I bought this laptop for my wife as a gift. It worked fine for a month, then started having several hard crashes several times today. Were now on our third RMA to ASUS with little hope theyll actually fix it. Weve shared the contents of our Windows crash log and the first time, they claim there was no issue. The second time, they replaced the hard drive and thought that fixed the problem. We had another hard crash five minutes after booting it back up, and again while we were on ASUS chat support. I dont think I will ever order another ASUS product again.

Great machine model FA506IH-AS53 came with 8GB and one empty DIMM slot so added extra DIMM from Crucial CT8G4SFRA32A and worked perfectly.

Es una buena laptop. Sin embargo, después de una semana usándola comenzó a quedarse congelada y la única solución es forzar el apagado. Esto a ocurrido incluso solo teniendo word abierto. Desconozco que provoca este problema, pero para el precio de esta laptop, es inaceptable que ocurra esto.

I ended up returning this laptop. I had problems with a game tha wasnt high volume graphic. There was a lot of screen tearing. I ended up reinstalling windows 3 times per tech support. i was eventually told to return the laptop, a hardware component (probably the graphic card) was bad.

Just passed 2 weeks. Its a nice Laptop. Definitely worth its price.

El rendimiento es excelente siempre y cuando este conectada, la batería dura muy poco, se entiende que dure menos porque es de alto rendimiento pero aun así es muy pequeña la batería, con actividades cotidianas como leer un pdf le dura máximo unas 4 h la batería.
