I have so much to learn so I can use this like a normal computer. It has all the specs I wanted but it isnt the easiest computer to figure out. I cant even figure out how to mute or lower the sound without turning it off completely. At this point, I don;t like it at all. After I spend more time trying to figure it out, I hope I will like it more, if not, my son will inherit it as he does like it and set it up for me. I like my computer games but I can tell, Im not a gamer.

Es un equipo muy bueno para el precio, aunque para juegos exigentes si se calienta demasiado y el ventilador parece turbina, en los menos exigentes es más silencioso. Pará edición de video, imagen y audio es muy buena, igual el ventilador se acelera pero hace los procesos rápido. Eso si, poco espacio almacenamiento y la ram debe ampliarse para mejorar el desempeño.

We have 3 Asus TUF Gaming laptops for my 3 boys and they have been great for all their gaming and school needs but we are having an issue with this one that we just purchased last week. The camera cannot always be found. My son will be in the middle of class and the camera will stop working and then shows that it cannot be found. Seems that just moving the screen a little helps and Im thinking there is a connection error but I dont really know about this stuff. Wondering if anyone else has this experience and can help?

No he tenido ningún problema, es mi primer PC con SSD y puedo decir que no demora nada en encender y abrir los programas, en menos de 15 segundo ya puedo comenzar a trabajar. La uso para programación, una cosa si es que le hice un upgrade de RAM, de 8Gb a 32Gb, justo al momento de comprarla. Puedo estar desarrollando Apps, navegar en internet y jugar sin que se trabe.

I purchased this computer in Sept 2020. I was excited to get my gaming computer. It was fine. Does work fantastic with my games. HOWEVER... When using the mousepad, the mouse will in fact jump and or not click when you click and does not move smoothly, oftentimes wont move at all. NOW...when I type on the keyboard, keys will go untyped and MAJORITY of the time, whenever I type, the blinking line before the next character typed will jump randomly to a different part of the paragraph or sentence therefore not accurately typing.

Good product except a major issue where my graphics card isn’t detected at all so I don’t even know if it has one if so it’s not being used. Please help
