I bought two of these laptops. The first, the screen blacked out after 90 days of use. The second, keeps locking and have to reboot a lot.

Maravillosa laptop. Construcción sólida, veloz, estable, el teclado es muy elegante al igual que todo el equipo 100% recomendado.

Es una excelente laptop, carga en segundos el sistema operativo, programas, el navegador…

Es una ganga para las specs que trae. El arranque es veloz, menos de 5 segundos y ya estás en tu escritorio. La potencia gráfica es irreal, alcanza hasta 2K y 60fps estables sin forzar el ventilador. A más fps, el ventilador tiene una opción turbo que hace mucho ruido, pero lo corre sin problemas. Los materiales son de excelente calidad, eso sí, se quedan marcados los dedos, aunque un trapito de microfibra los quita rápido. Obvio el teclado rgb es un gran atractivo y super bonito; que esté en inglés es irrelevante cuando te acostumbras.

Perfect just perfect

bought this computer so i can play some PC games, its advertised as a gaming computer. fresh out the box it works fine but not enough storage to have all the games i want to play without deleting other games first *and i dont pay a lot of different games*. call of duty doesnt work properly because of the ram. red dead 2 will randomly kick me from the game due to ram issues. i have no other programs running and my ram is way up for absolutely no reason. dont spend this kind of money on this computer when you can spend a little extra to get something better.

Llegó en perfectas condiciones y la logística fue muy rápida. Me gustó mucho, nunca había tenido una computadora AMD Siempre he sido intel. Pero en verdad funciona de maravilla. Por el momento le doy 5 estrellas, ya veremos después de un uso regular.

I have a gaming desktop as my primary and I love this for just sitting on the couch playing a few games. Plays most games on medium 1080p at a good frame rate. But the thermals suck and it heats up like crazy. If you are doing any serious work its going to get loud. If you are buying this as a primary laptop and have the budget, go to the next teir, this isnt the deal for you.

Didnt do proper research ahead of time. The cooling configuration is awful and an run internal temperatures above 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The graphics card is also not quite powerful enough for much of modern gaming. Decided to build a more powerful PC for the same price point.

I purchased this laptop Aug. 20 2020 and have been happy with it, EXCEPT... the Amazon page shows a diagram for Expansion Options with additional open slots for both M.2 NVMe drive and 2.5 SATA drive.
