> 3 dayOverall I think it is a good laptop. The fan is a bit noisy but other than that a perfectly good laptop. However, mine had intermittent errors, similar to the ones I read in these reviews: the computer would BSOD with a hard drive read error occasionally when I turned on the computer. Other times it would crash with a memory management error. I think these errors occurred maybe 4 to 5 times since I bought the laptop.

> 3 dayExcellent product I am beyond happy it was sealed in the original manufacturers box and then shipped in another box to keep it safe, so I cannot say enough good things about the shipper. Amazing product amazing fast shipping!

Greater than one weekI bought this laptop (Ryzen 7) for watching streams and gaming. I have a desktop, but I wanted something I could bring with me for when I had to dog sit or not be at my desk. Since I knew I would be gaming, I opted for the slightly beefier Ryzen 7 over the Ryzen 5. It will only net you around 7 extra fps on average, so the jump isn’t all that necessary.

> 3 dayI have had another Asus laptop since 2013, which in that time was very good in terms of light-weighted, fast CPU and high memory capacity. so I ordered this one for my wife, and I am so happy that this one is even more light-weighted (about 3 pounds!!! so exciting!), also this one has a better battery life and real full HD screen.

Greater than one weekScreen and sound are fantastic, but sadly after 14 weeks motherboard had to be replaced. Now I have to send to ASUS to be repaired. This is crazy. No computer for 1 to 2 months. Stay away from ASUS.

> 3 daySo I bought this laptop for my dad to replace his old laptop that was getting slower every day. I could have just upgraded the memory and put in a SSD but the laptop was over 5 years old. I did some looking around around and this laptop seemed to be what my dad needed. Fast processor, SSD drive, backlit keyboard and lightweight. I checked around looking at reviews on various websites. The biggest knock I saw was that 4 Gbs of the memory built into the motherboard so I would only be able to upgrade one chip. It wasnt a big deal, I bought an 8 GB chip and upgraded it to 12GB. The laptop was fast, the amount of crapware was low and all was well as I transferred the data from his old laptop to his new one. Then I noticed the one flaw... It has no SD card slot. My dad has an older DSLR so he takes the SD card out of his camera and plugs it into his laptop. I do the same with my MacBook because my DSLR is also an older model without built in WiFi. My dad who had liked the laptop so far immediately complained. I had to order a USB hub (on amazon of course) to make things right. I would have gone the full 5 stars if it had had a SD card slot.
