Greater than one weekAsus is the worst company for hardware and customer service. Bought a gaming laptop and a month out of warranty the motherboard goes bad and the computer won’t work while plugged in. Asus won’t do anything for it. They want me to pay to have it shipped in and repair for 2/3 the cost I paid for the laptop. Crap customer service. Won’t buy another asus again

> 3 dayI have owned many HP laptops in the past and the ASUS is leaps and bounds better than HP laptops. The laptop is very solid, lightweight and the Ryzen 7 processor is fast. Boot time is 6 seconds and the TF memory slot is great for backups. I have installed a 1 TB TF card for backups. The screen for being 15 appears as big as the 17 HP laptops I have had. The small numeric keypad is nice for a small keyboard format. The value is amazing, only $549.00!!!

> 3 dayThis over all is good quality for the $ however it has been frustrating that the E key only works if you hit it multiple times. Wish this wasnt the case out of the box but it is what it is. My daughter is using it in Collage and I got her a usb keyboard to get around the issue. Still vary annoying that it came defective. I dont think this is normal and it would not scare me from purchasing this product again as I still think the value is there. And this is probably a minor and rare problem to have as i havent seen any others complain of this kind of issue. I would have given this four stars however in my book if it does come defective i have to give one star as any product should come as advertised and ready to go with no defects.

Greater than one weekOverall I think it is a good laptop. The fan is a bit noisy but other than that a perfectly good laptop. However, mine had intermittent errors, similar to the ones I read in these reviews: the computer would BSOD with a hard drive read error occasionally when I turned on the computer. Other times it would crash with a memory management error. I think these errors occurred maybe 4 to 5 times since I bought the laptop.

Greater than one weekWe purchased this computer for our daughter for college college this August. In November, 2 weeks after the 90-day warranty expired, the computer broke and is essentially unusable. This is unacceptable and we are very unhappy with this laptop. We do not recommend!

> 3 dayWas very happy initially, best laptop Ive personally had. Died completely though, will not respond at all. Am trying right now to get through to Asus. Will change my review depending on how they handle this, but right now Im sorely disappointed, and out $600...

Greater than one weekThe keyboard is starting to fail after only a couple years, and its not easy to find a replacement for it, so I may just have to scrap the whole thing.

> 3 dayCuando lo recibí, se pudo apreciar el pesimo embalaje ya que no poseia ningun tipo de espuma haciendo el que producto choque dentro de la caja. Debido a esto, la pantalla se golpeó y ahora se ve un puntito blanco.
