This laptop is great for doing my school on except for the speakers. The speakers have a terrible design and basically useless unfortunately. I have a lot of lectures to watch online for my school so I have to use headphones because of the terrible speaker quality.

This computer was recommended by a tech firm for my basic use application. It has performed as expected, however, I don’t do much more than emails and web surf on it. I use a desktop monitor and remote keyboard, and keep it plugged in at all times, so it is hard to say how it will work in a normal laptop application.

OK, I knew I wasnt buying a fancy laptop when I bought this. Its OK. Its fast-ish. The main issue is the screen which is good-ish looking head-on but sucks from any angle. Even head-on its super obvious that the screen is only lit from the center. I just wish the screen was better.

Cheap. For whatever reason, this computer keeps uninstalling things, unsyncing itself from my cloud and drive accounts, and the fingerprint login stopped working saying it couldnt recognize my finger anymore. pretty sure my fingers didnt change. Was all running fine own and then I woke up one morning to find it had reset itself to previous settings and basically uninstalled everything. It wasnt a virus or malware- I ended up having it looked at in a repair place. Ultimately, cheap, unreliable, and i would never buy again. Havent been impressed with my other Asus products either, tbh.

I bought this laptop specifically because I have poor eye sight in the dark and therefore was looking to purchase a laptop with a backlit keyboard (as it states in the description). Opened it to find out there is no backlit keyboard. Will be returning this product because it is not the product that it advertised ], which was the reason I purchased it.

I can play sims 4 and Minecraft on this laptop just fine. There is sometimes lag but it is to be expected. My only real problem with this laptop is that after having it for a year the speakers and microphone dont work. And just recently I found out that Bluetooth headphones dont work anymore with this device. I have tried all the ways they recommend to fix the problem but it doesnt work.

The screen quality ruins this. Washed out and gray at every angle. Absolutely terrible

Bought it in November 2019, so its been almost 2 years now and it still works. Mostly use it to browse the web, read, watch videos/movies, and play games sometimes(not much though). Battery life is still pretty good, one full charge lasts 3-4 hours depending on what I have on.

I desperately needed a new laptop since my previous one broke. Im a college student and I couldnt afford to spend several hundreds or even a thousand dollars on a new one, but I needed something that could keep up with what I needed it to do. I needed 8 GB of ram and a fast processor, and this one is perfect. It is very fast when it comes to open Word, PowerPoint, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. Ive had several tabs opened up at one time and no difference when it came to speed. I recommend it to people who are looking for a fast and reliable laptop without spending an arm and a leg. The backlit keyboard is perfect for typing papers at night and it is pretty bright.
