I read all the reviews before I bought this, I didnt want to spend near a thousand. This was closer to the budget I had to expend, had the right speed and memory for my job so I bought it. Ive had it since Nov 2019 and it works well. I use it for work, Im in business finance, so not doing lots of Media stuff but I do need storage and speed. This is a great purchase for the price so far.

Computer is good for my needs. Fast enough etc.. My problem is that when I connect it to an external monitor (TCL TV) via HDMI cable it often crashes and I have to hold down the power button and restart it in order to get it back up and working. I have looked at all the settings and everything seems OK with them and I have tried a different HDMI cable but it still crashes. It also shuts down instead of going to sleep sometimes. The startup screen says In Search of Excellence. I guess they need to keep searching.

Estéticamente es maravillosa, y muy delgada pero funcionalmente es la peor laptop que he tenido. Desde la primera vez que se usó tuvo problemas de inicio, tarda horas en prender, a veces no prende, una decepción total! Quise devolverla pero sólo tenía garantía de 3 meses!! Probably my fault but was in a hurry and search touchscreen laptops on Amazon, saw this and purchased based on other factors assuming it was a touchscreen. Just mad at myself for wasting money on something I didnt want.

Great laptop for school

This computer was recommended by a tech firm for my basic use application. It has performed as expected, however, I don’t do much more than emails and web surf on it. I use a desktop monitor and remote keyboard, and keep it plugged in at all times, so it is hard to say how it will work in a normal laptop application.

I really wanted to like this notebook. I purchased it in December and really have not had a chance to use until this week (I have a fully equipped home office and pc). I have to travel this week and thought this would be a good time to try it out. What I found was that it does not have a backlit keyboard as stated in the item description. I have tried everything, every recommended key combination - all to no avail. I finally noticed that there is not a keyboard key. It is of course too late to return or exchange it and I am just out of luck. Be warned, if you want a backlit keyboard DO NOT BUY THIS NOTEBOOK. I was unable to get any help or support.
