Going with 4 starts on this product because it arrived on time and works great. It’s loosing a star because the epicenter came with unbalanced outputs. If I would be unexpirienced with these types of products or don’t read the manual, I’m sure it would be going back to the supplier as many people have stated they’ve done. In reading the manual audio control states it should come with balanced inputs and outputs but it was not the case for mine. Be aware and always read the manual provided. Or have a professional install. Another note this is the newer epicenter has a smaller knob than the classic ones. I have a small system and it works great.

The product does work, but i was mislead when i was talking to audio control support techs. The product works amazingly well if you listen too country or even rock the bass quality is pretty good. If you listen to rap even R&B more than Rap this product works but it well highly disappoint you. Supprt told me it well add bass that is missing which it does but the quality is poor an it even takes away the bass quality an the power of the sub or subs how hard it should hit. So i am returning the product because it is not right for me.

Installed it paired with my Orion amp. Did a little research on fine tuning, which didnt need much and works way better than expected. Id recommend using the tuning knob it comes with because you will encounter talk shows, i listen to Rude Jude on SXM Channel 45 and it adds more base to his voice than I want so i turn the know to its lowest setting and removes it. But listening to music, Its great! adds that extra bass you normally dont hear on tracks. Very satisficed.
