Good neutral oil for abhyanga self-massage. (My constitution is pitta-kappa and a got this for use mainly in spring and early summer). The downside is that without a flip cap or a pump it’s easy to pour too much; get a pump.

This product arrived in a timely fashion and was intact. Being my first time using sunflower oil for dry skin, I am not sure to the quality over other brands. However, I can say I am very happy with my purchase. My skin and hair are also very happy and the bruises from when my very happy dog gets so excited he jumps on me and forgets he is 100lbs of puppy are fading fast. Super satisfied and already thinking about make lips balms etc..

I find this oil to be good quality. I have been able to use it for Swedish and deep tissue massage. It glides nicely but also creates enough friction to work deeper into muscles. It’s been well tolerated by my clients. I like that it also blends nicely and is a good carrier with essential oils for Aromatherapy. I would recommend this.
