So far so good. I have only used it 2-3 times and am coming off trying the safflower oil with bad results. I like how light in color it is and the smell is very, very faint, which I like. It soaks right in and so far hasn’t caused more of a reaction. I will edit my review if anything crazy happens, but if it continues to work the way it is, I will buy it again, as it is lower on the noncomedogenic scale than olive and sesame oils.

We love this so much, Im using it as massage oil and always applied on skin everyday during the winter as our family has very dry skin, it absorb quickly and better moisturizer than lotion

My daughter has battled with eczema since she was a baby. Now shes 14 and is self conscience like any ordinary teen. She used steroid ointments for years, but became worried when she found out about the long term affects on the skin. She switched to mineral oil based on a suggestion from our primary care doctor, and it worked fairly well but she would still have episodes where her arms and legs had noticeable eczema. A few months later we went to see her dermatologist. He suggested sunflower oil because it has natural anti-bacterial properties. Eczema patients are more prone to infection because their skin is almost like an open wound when it is dry and irritated. I searched the different sunflower oils available. Many looked like they were more for cooking or not a very high quality. Banyan Botanicals is the brand that I felt comfortable with after reading its description and reviews. Im glad I found this product. My daughter has been using it now for a little over a month. If you didnt know any better you wouldnt even know she has eczema. The other day we were riding in the car and I looked over at her arms and legs. They looked so good, I told her WOW, you look like a regular kid. I got a big smile out of her.
