This multivitamin is fine but I found another one through Bariatric Advantage where you only have to take 1 pill instead of 3 pills. But all in all, it does what its suppose to do. Great multivitamin.

My doctor started me on these when I had my surgery. Blood work has been good and the price is very reasonable.

if you are looking for something you can swallow and then go about your business for the rest of your day, this is the product. I recently had my blood work done and everything is where it should be. It is also a plus that these vitamins include iron.

I liked these capsules better than the Celebrate multi chewables I had to take before these. Great product.

Have used this product before as a bariatric patient; blood work always came back positive and with good results, including red blood cell count for over a year. This product is pricey so I began to use it every other day (the bottle suggests 3 capsules a day), but took a Flintstones complete vitamin every day, which is less expensive than this product. The blood work came back with good results. I then tried a season with Flintstones vitamins only, and my red blood cell count was lower. so to save some mula $, use it every other day and use a cheaper complete vitamin like the one aforementioned. I had the sleeve gasterectomy where the stomach is reduced to 15% original size.

They do the job that they are supposed to do but these capsules seem huge after my surgery, especially since I have to take 2 at a time. Ive never had a problem taking pills but these are just too big. Wont be ordering them again.
