You cant go wrong with these. Ive been using them ever since I had gastric sleeve surgery and they work great.

I had gastric bypass done in May 2015 and this vitamin came recommended by my surgeon as it is strong enough for my body to absorb. These vitamins are also kind on my tummy, and dont cause me to be nauseous like others have done. The price is VERY fair considering how many you get. One thing to note is that the serving size is actually 3 capsules.

Must be working as monthly blood test show all vitamin and mineral readings in normal range.

I liked these capsules better than the Celebrate multi chewables I had to take before these. Great product.

The chawable kind was much better for right before and during my bypass, but these are so convenient now!

Have used this product before as a bariatric patient; blood work always came back positive and with good results, including red blood cell count for over a year. This product is pricey so I began to use it every other day (the bottle suggests 3 capsules a day), but took a Flintstones complete vitamin every day, which is less expensive than this product. The blood work came back with good results. I then tried a season with Flintstones vitamins only, and my red blood cell count was lower. so to save some mula $, use it every other day and use a cheaper complete vitamin like the one aforementioned. I had the sleeve gasterectomy where the stomach is reduced to 15% original size.

These vitamins were recommended by my doctor because they have all of the necessary vitamins and minerals that my body needs. Also, they are quickly absorbed into your body and helping to prevent malabsorption. Great tasting and they are chewable. I highly recomend them. Delivery service is poor.
