I like this resistance band. It’s thick, durable, lightweight, folds up small enough to carry in bag; doesn’t take up a lot of space and stretchy but doesn’t stretch out. It’s so far been good to use while going to the gym.

This is a very well made booty band. It is the right size and provides a good amount of resistance. The resistance feels nicely consistent across the range of motion. The band only stretches along its axis, it does not stretch up or down, which helps orient the resistance where it belongs, and prevents the band from walking up or down your leg across reps. The inside has sawn on texturization that keeps it in place as well. The texturize fabric stretches with the band, so it does not pull on your legs when you are doing exercises. You can tell they put thought into making and designing this from the little touches that make it better than a generic band.

I LOVE THESE BANDS. Sorry for yelling, but its true. Ive been doing Apple Fitness+ for about 18 months now and needed a little something to help up the difficulty of the lower body workouts for me. Enter these bands - I position them right below my glutes and it really makes everything in the lower body fire SO much harder. Try this if you want to challenge the heck out of yourself : put the band below your glutes. Then lay on the floor, on your side. Try to do some bicycles with your top leg and tell me that doesnt BURN!! These bands offer a great amount of resistance, even for experienced exercisers. Cant recommend them enough, and the designs make them that much cooler!

I have been using these for a few months now and have noticed more definition in my leg muscles. I still feel the burn, but have built my stamina up. I challenge myself to do more reps weekly.

This band is wide, strong, and durable. It has good tension/resistance and the the size is good for my thighs (size 12/large pants), but might be small for larger plus sizes. I have multiple pieces of fitness equipment from this brand and I’ve been happy with all of them. I love the range of colors and designs!

This resistance loop is amazing! It’s sturdy and doesn’t slide down while I am exercising. The design is super cute and tight enough to where I can even get a workout while I’m just sitting at my computer doing work. The open for a slightly larger size would be great for my thicker legs, but overall I’m not upset with this band!

Works great for squats, stretchy enough where I don’t feel like my knees are going to buckle. Will definitely be using over and over and recommending to friends.

I’ve got to say : I’m loving Bear Grips! For the past 18 months, I’ve been doing Apple Fitness+ with adjustable dumbbells. They really up the ante when it comes to difficulty. Even with bodyweight exercises! Try doing a bicycle kick or fire hydrant with these on.. I promise you, it will challenge you in a whole new way.
