> 3 dayThis band has a nice hold and grip to the leg. I like the print and the material is thick and sturdy but not uncomfortable. It’s perfect for my work out. Good value for the money.

> 3 dayMy physical therapy exercises have me doing modified side planks with a resistance band, so I bought this help the at-home workouts. I really like the cute avocado design, and love that there is a bit of rubber inside the band, which holds it securely in place so it doesn’t roll up, which is such a pain. The downside, and it’s a pretty big disappointment, is that the resistance is just too much for me. The description says it’s medium strength, but I find it stronger than that — definitely not for a beginner, like it claims. Still, it’s made well of quality material, and I’m hoping I can build up to this resistance level.

> 3 dayI like the logo, the design, sturdiness, the colors...almost everything about this resistance band. I wish I could give it the highest of marks. My concern is that it is not suitable for people that are overweight. It is hard to bring it up the thighs is youre not lean, much less stretching it. How can this encourage a healthy lifestyle if not everyone can partake? If they had size varieties, it would be a 5 for me. For now, I can only recommend it for people that are not heavy on the thighs. A bit of a bummer. I still encourage you to check out other Bear Grips items. They have some belts that can still work for a variety of sizes. This one was not a hit for me, but other items of theirs have worked for me.

> 3 dayI have plain fabric bands in light, medium, and heavy, but I was hoping this would be a cuter alternative to my heavy band, which is my most frequently used. The cuteness is definitely there and I took it to my gym with me so I didn’t have to use the same sweaty one that everyone else uses. I would say it’s pretty comparable to my heavy resistance band, maybe slightly lighter, but certainly not considered medium. The peach print on the band is also nice and soft to the touch and flexes with the band - it looks like it’s inked/printed into the fibers, versus some decals that just get ironed or painted on top and begin to peel when the fabric is stretched. That certainly won’t be an issue with this band.

> 3 dayThis is great because it doesnt slip around or bunch up when working out. Huge improvement on the thinner resistance bands that roll up and cut into your thighs or dont stay in place.

> 3 dayI had my eye on this for a while, so when they popped up on my list of products to review, I was excited to say the least. These definitely lived up to the hype and the adorable print that got my attention in the first place was just as pictured. This was a serious upgrade to my previous resistance band, the elastic type that roll up every chance they get so there’s truly no comparison there. So thick and the perfect amount of resistance. I would happily recommend these; and have, to friends and family!

> 3 dayI have been using these for a few months now and have noticed more definition in my leg muscles. I still feel the burn, but have built my stamina up. I challenge myself to do more reps weekly.

> 3 dayI just like this company so much. Bear grips has some awesome stuff for a great price. These aren’t sliding off when you use these. They have some grip to them so they don’t slip down on ya and versatile usage. Also have some good resistance. Pattern is cute too. Was a bit of a smell to them but air it out and ya good. These are cute and functional. Slowly building an at home gym so these are appreciated and adored already.
